Sue Descoteaux – Office Manager and Closing Coordinator.  Sue has twenty years experience with real estate closings. Sue’s dedication and attention to detail help take unwanted surprises out of your real estate transaction.

Leia Leaver – Assistant to the Attorney.  Leia often your first point of contact with Casco Bay Title.  She has many years of experience in the legal field.

Mikie Perry – Abstractor.  Mikie abstracts titles and also conducts closings.  Prior to working at Casco Bay Title, Mikie was a real estate broker.

Mark M. Waltz – Attorney/Owner.  Mark is a 1989 graduate of Bowdoin College, a 1993 graduate of the Washington and Lee University School of Law, and in 2006 he received his MA in Public Policy and Management from the Muskie School of Public Service.  Mark has been practicing real estate law since 1993 and been with Casco Bay Title since 1999.   Mark’s work ethic was developed by his father who was a country doctor and following in that tradition, Mark is willing to meet with clients in the evening, weekends and even at their homes.
