Casco Bay Title, LLC is located in Brunswick, Maine and primarily serves Androscoggin, Cumberland, Kennebec, Lincoln, and Sagadahoc counties, though we will also service transactions in Knox, Oxford and York counties.  We perform the following services:

For Lenders: Casco Bay Title provides title and settlement services including title searches, title insurance, conducting closings, disbursing funds and recording documents.  Casco Bay Title wants your borrower to have a pleasant experience and is willing to close the loan at our offices, yours or even your borrower’s home/office (if beyond 20 miles of Brunswick there may be an extra charge for mileage).

For Buyers:  Casco Bay Title drafts and reviews purchase and sales agreements, performs title searches, sells title insurance and conducts closings.  Whether this is your first transaction, or your twenty-first, we’ll take the time to make sure you fully understand all aspects of the transaction.
